Dates & Deadlines
File By:
S Corporations & Partnerships – File by March 15th or September 16th with an extension. Please submit all documents to our office by February 15th, to be sure your return is timely filed.
Individuals & C Corporations – File by April 15th (April 15th in Maine) or October 15th with an extension. Please submit all documents to our office by March 15th, to be sure your return is timely filed.
1099s & W-2s:
End-of-year income tax report forms W-2 for employees and 1099-NECs for non-employees are due to recipients by January 31st of the year after the tax year.
Filing Amendments:
In most cases, you have three years from the date of original filing to amend taxes.
